Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the application, however, ld.counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he withdraws the present complaint  with liberty to file  fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

Thus, in view of the aforesaid statement of the ld.counsel for the  complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Further, liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action is granted. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
