ORDER:

 

                        The case has been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the Ops.  On the last  three dates of hearing i.e. 15.12.2021, 23.12.2021, 29.12.2021 and 20.01.2022 none had appeared on behalf of the complainant. The present case was filed by the complainant on 15.03.2021 and on 12.10.2021,  the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant but till date the complainant has not adduced any evidence in support of his case despite availing of several opportunities for adducing his evidence.   Today, also none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.   It seems that the complainant is no more interested in perusing the present complaint.   Further wait is not justified, as it is already 3.00PM. Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.  However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint if he so desires or advised.   Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned as per the rules and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
