Office report seen. The   complaint is filed  u/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986  on the ground that the opposite party has failed to pay the genuine claim of the complainant, which amounts to  deficiency in service on their part.  The complaint on the face of  it seems to be  within the period of limitation and this Forum seems to have got the jurisdiction. Hence, it is admitted.  Notice of the complaint be given to the opposite party directing them to give version of their case within a period of 30 days from the date of service of summons in the form of written reply, affidavit and documents,  failing which the Forum shall proceed to settle the consumer dispute as Ex-parte. Let notice of the complaint  be issued to the opposite party for 22.09.2020.

Case taken up again on the request of learned counsel for the complainant.  At this stage, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record.
