Perusal of the record shows that Complainant was not appearing after 28.03.2022 matter is still at intial stage . Today is the 5^rd consecutive date even otherwise complainant has appeared only once. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance & non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
