                          Sh.Anil Sharma, complainant suffered statement that he has  received today in this Commission a cheque of Rs.13350/- bearing No.001883 dated 3.8.2021 towards full and final settlements of my claim and that  nothing is due towards the opposite party. As such, he does  not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
