                    File taken up today on filing of an miscellaneous application, by the learned counsel for the applicant/JD/OP, for pre-ponement of the case and for payment of Rs.8,234/-. Respondent/DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has received cheque bearing No.011416 dated 02.04.2024, of Rs.8,234/-, in compliance of order under execution application, now nothing remains due, towards the applicant/JD/OP. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Photocopy of the cheque placed on record.

                    In view of the statement of the respondent/DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly and same be tagged with the execution application. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
