Present:       None for the complainant. (Power of attorney on behalf of complainant            has already been withdrawn by his counsel Shri Shekhar Thakur,                            Advocate on 11.05.2022).

                    Today, the case was fixed for appearance of complainant. However, case has been called several times since morning, but again on today, complainant failed to appear before the Commission, either, in person or through any advocate, up to 03:30 PM. Further wait is unjustified. Perusal of case file shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 11.05.2022, counsel for the complainant Shri Shekhar Thakur, Advocate has withdrawn his power of attorney, filed on behalf of complainant, in the present case, vide recorded his separate statement and as such, the case was adjourned for today itself i.e. 13.05.2022 for appearance of complainant, but neither the complainant nor anyone appeared. Non-appearance of complainant on today as well as non-contacting by him to his counsel, for the last three dates of hearing, means, complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint, therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed, for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant, to file afresh complaint, if he so desires or advised. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per Rules. File be consigned to the records, after due compliance.
