                The case is placed before this Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan Divas Bench held on 17/08/2024 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

                The complainant Madhusudan Chowdhury is present. He is duly identified by authorized Ld. Advocate. Copy of relevant Aadhaar Card of the petitioner is also filed.

                This Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan Divas took initiative. Eventually the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case in this Commission any further and he prays for withdrawal of the case.

Hence,

                                                that the Case No. CC/4/2024 be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
