Present:   None for complainant.

                This complaint has been called several times since morning but complainant failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through any Advocate up to 3:30PM. Further wait is unjustified.  Neither in terms of order dated 14.1.2019 passed by this Forum, the complainant had deposited cost in the sum of Rs.500/- in the account of Consumer Legal Aid. On last date of hearing i.e. 14.1.2019, the complainant also failed to appear before this Forum for the purpose of evidence. None appearance of the complainant means, he is no more willing to prosecute the complaint further. The complaint is dismissed on account of default of appearance of complainant.
