3. The New India Assurance Company Ltd., Grand House, G.T. Road, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

ORDER:

                   The learned counsel for the opposite parties/JDs produced cheque bearing no.7346 dated 21.10.2016  of Rs.27,718/-in favour of the complainant as full and final payment in  compliance of the order of this Forum under execution. Learned counsel of complainant/DH has accepted the said cheque as full and final settlement of his claim. Now, nothing is due against the opposite parties/JDS. The statement in this regard recorded. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn having being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
