Office report seen. As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Anand, Adv. Counsel for Complainant recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
