                   Sh. Anurag Malik, Adv. for the Opposite party no.2.

                   Opposite Party no.1 already exparte.

                   File put up today before Lok Adalat on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) and opposite parties will make the aforesaid payment within 30 days from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and agrees with the above statement. He further stated the he has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsels for both the parties, the present case is disposed off being settled in Lok Adalat with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lack only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of order failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay the interest @9% PA from today i.e. 30.01.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
