Case is called out. Heard counsel for the revisionist.

The instant revision petition has been filed against the order dated 15.2.2023 passed by the ld. District Consumer Commission, Kanpur Dehat in complaint no.12 of 2019.

The submission of the ld. counsel for the revisionist is that during the pendency of the instant revision petition, the aforesaid complaint has been decided by the ld. District Consumer Commission on merits vide judgment and order dated 26.7.2023, therefore, the instant revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any is vacated.

          A certified copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.

          The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
