                      Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he intend to withdraw the complaint with permission to file the fresh on the same cause of action as the complaint appears to be defective due to some technical Flaws.

                      In view of the statment of the learned counsel for the complainant, he is allowed to withdraw the complaint. Accordingly, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
