                   On the application of the complainant file has been taken up today.  Vakalatnama on behalf of the OP no. 2 filed by the counsel.  Both the parties stated that a compromise has been effected between them.  The statement of counsel for complainant recorded.  He has stated that he has received a draft of Rs. 6,000/- as full and final settlement from OP no. 2.

                   In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the records.
