The M.A. application being No-124/21 taken up for hearing. Both the parties appeared. Complainant filed objection of this M.A. application.

Heard both side of the petition regarding maintainability filed by the Opposite Parties.

Perused the petition, written objection and also the case record. Considered all materials thoroughly.

It appears that there is mixed question of law and facts regarding prayer for non maintainability which cannot be decided at this stage without evidence. This issue will be decided at the time of final disposal of the case.

The M.A. petition being No-124/21 is disposed off.
