Today is fixed for hearing the M.A. case no. 350/2018.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 1 is present. Other O.Ps are found absent.

M.A. case no. 350/2018 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides. During hearing no objection raised from any of the parties. Both parties agreed for appointment of Commissioner in respect of inspection of suit properties as per petition filed by the Complainant and as per point mentioned in the said petition. Hence, the said petition which registered as M.A. case no. 350/2018 is allowed.
