 Rakesh Kumar Vs. Giri Kariyan Store & Others

Present:       Complainant in person with counsel Sh. Mohd. Kurban han.

 

                    Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the complaint. The complainant alongwith his counsel made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint.

                        Keeping in view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complainant. File be  consigned to record room after due compliance.
