             Complainant present.  1st  opposite party  present.  Heard the matter.  The dispute is relating to the defective cooker supplied by the 1st opposite party to the complainant.  The complainant submitted that the cooker is now in the warranty period and defects are occurring in a repeated stages.  After hearing, we are of the view that the 1st opposite party shall issue a new set to the complainant, after collecting the old one.  1st opposite party agreed to that condition, and will give a new set to the complainant today.  In the result, the matter is treated as closed with the above condition.

            Pronounced in open Forum on this the 2nd day  of  November, 2011.
