ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite parties has made statement that the opposite parties would repair the A.C. of the complainant completely. In view of such statement learned counsel for the complainant does not want to pursue with the complaint.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the opposite parties shall remain bound of the statement of their counsel and would repair the A.C. of the complainant completely free of costs. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
