          This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

              2.  This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties 1 & 2. The opposite parties 1 & 2 personally appeared before this Commission, inspite of giving sufficient opportunities, the opposite parties 1 & 2 failed to appear before this Commission and file version on their behalf. Hence opposite parties 1 & 2 were declared exparte on 10.02.2020. Since 27.03.2020 the case was posting for the exparte affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, this Commission issued a notice to the complainant and the same was served to the complainant. Even after accepting the notice, the complainant failed to appear before this Commission to further proceed with this complaint.  In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this case.

   In the result, the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

 

   A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
