          I have settled the execution with M/s. Gionee Smartcare (JD-1) and have agreed to receive an amount of 18,278.85/-, as full and final settlement.  I will return the mobile in question to JD-1 at the time of receiving the cheque.

ORDER

          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been settled.  Shri Ramesh Gupta, Service Centre Manager of JD-1 has been authorised to comply with the execution and agreed to give an amount of Rs. 18,278.85/- to the DH within a period of 15 days, as full and final award amount.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.
