          I have settled the complaint with Gionee Mobile.  I have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 20,000/- from OP, as full and final settlement.  I will return the mobile phone alongwith all accessories to OP at the time of receiving the cheque.

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Narender Pal, Complainant, have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 20,000/- from OP, as full and final settlement.  He will return the mobile phone alongwith all accessories to OP at the time of receiving the cheque. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
