ORDER This is an application filed by the complainant for the release of the sum of Rs.2,05,898/- deposited by the OP before this Forum vide MA/135/2010 in compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 12.11.2010. It is further stated that both the appeals filed by the OP have been disposed of by the Hon’ble State Commission vide their order 8.2.2011. It is, therefore, prayed that in view of the statements suffered by the OP before the Hon’ble State Commission on 8.2.2011, the sum of Rs.2,05,898/- deposited by the OP before this Forum may kindly be ordered to be released to the applicant/complainant. The office has reported that amount of Rs.1,80,898/- vide draft dated 16.11.2010 and Rs.25,000/- vide draft dated 18.11.2010, total Rs.2,05,898/-, is deposited in the A/c of DF-I. Accordingly, the sum of Rs.2,05,898/- deposited by the OP with this Forum be paid to the complainant. The office is directed to issue a cheque for the like amount in favour of the complainant. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
