                                                            ORDER

                   As per order-dated 18.10.2010, the Managing Director of OP was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and to a fine of Rs.10,000/-, against which the OP filed Appeal No.400 of 2010. As per order dated 12.11.2010 of the Hon’ble State Commission, the order regarding issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest was stayed on furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of the concerned District Forum. It was also ordered that entire amount awarded by the District Forum be deposited with the concerned District Forum within 10 days. 

                        The OP vide MA No.135 of 2010 deposited Rs.2,05,898/- with this Forum and furnished bail bond & surety bond and the non-bailable warrants for arrest of OP was revoked vide order dated 22.11.2010. Therefore, in view of the stay order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, the present execution would not sustain. The execution application is accordingly dismissed as unsatisfied. The complainant would be at liberty to file fresh execution application as and when the FA No.400 of 2010 is decided.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
