ORDER | ||||
Heard. On attempt, the parties have settled the matter amicably. Statement of Sh.Nandan Jindal, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.J.K.Singla, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by the OPs as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing execution. As prayed for, since the parties are being represented by their counsel, therefore, certified copies of this order be sent to the counsels for the parties free of cost. The file be consigned. |

Statement of Sh.Nandan Jindal, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).
On the instructions of Sh.Harnam Singh. Working President of Gian Sagar Educational & Charitable Trust(OPs), the matter has amicably been settled and the amount as per the compromise i.e. security amount less Rs.5,000/- will be paid to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 14.09.2019. For the purpose of security amount, security amount mentioned in the consumer complaint and the consumer complaint Ex.CA shall be a part of this order. The prior information of making the payment will be given to the counsel for complainant/complainant and the said amount will be collected by the complainant himself/herself or his/her authorized representative(with authorization letter from the complainant) from the Institution (Gian Sagar Educational & Charitable Trust, Ram Nagar, Rajpura, Punjab). In the event of failure of payment of this amount, OPs shall pay Rs.5,000/- as penalty. Appropriate order may be passed.
