          The counsel for the complainant has stated that the parties have amicably settled the matter.  In this regard he has suffered a separate statement, which is as under:-

 

The parties have settled the matter amicably.  As per settlement the complainant shall not claim anything in future from the OPs as claimed in the complaint.   Accordingly, I withdraw the  complaint.

 

             As per above statement, the complainant shall not claim anything in future as claimed in the instant complaint from the OPs as per settlement arrived at between the parites.

            In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned
