     Heard. Parties have compromised the matter. Statement in the shape of endorsement of the counsel for complainant recorded on the first page of the consumer complaint. In view of the same, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
