ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and payment has been made to the complainant. Non appearance of the complainant and statement of counsel for OPs suggest that complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint as she has received the payment. In view of the statement of counsel for OPs, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
