                    None has turned up on behalf of complainant. Case has been called several times since morning. The case was first called at 10.43 a.m and in the second round at  12.30 p.m. and thereafter at 4.00 p.m.   But none has turned up on behalf of the complainant.   Hence, there is no other option but to dismiss the complaint in default. It is ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the complainant free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
