ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.      

     Application was received through e-mail on 09.12.2020 with the prayer that matter has been compromised with the OP and complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint. Hard copy of application also received. Signature on this application of Sh.Pardhuman Garg, Counsel for Complainant, is confirmed through virtual hearing. In view of this application, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. It is disposed of accordingly and be not listed on 22.02.2021.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
