ORDER

            This file has been taken up before the National Lok Adalat on the basis of application moved by the counsel for the complainant for preponment of the case.     

            The parties have amicably settled the matter.   In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, separate statement of the  counsel for the complainant has been recorded,  which is reproduced as under:-

“The parties have settled the matter amicably.  As per settlement  the complainant shall not claim anything in future from the OPs as claimed in the complaint.   Accordingly, I withdraw the  complaint.”

             As per above statement, the complainant shall not claim anything in future as claimed in the instant complaint from the OPs.

            In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

            Certified copy of this order shall be sent to the parties free of charge by the registry of District Forum-I. After compliance file be consigned.
