ORDER
Sh.Lakhvir Kumar, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OPs and filed power of attorney alongwith copy of resolution. He has stated that there is possibility of settlement in this case. As prayed for, put up this case on 24.01.2020 for settlement, failing which for filing reply and evidence on behalf of OPs.

After the case was adjourned, Sh.Tushar Arora, Counsel for Complainant has appeared at about 12.30 PM and he withdraws the present complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties. He put an endorsement to this effect on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. In view of the endorsement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. This consumer complaint be not listed on 24.01.2020 as already ordered as it stood disposed off today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
