     Heard. On request, case was identified for reconciliation and taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The parties have settled the matter. Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, which shall form a part of this order, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, having been settled.
