ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     File preponed and taken up today on the application received from Sh.Pardhuman Garg, Counsel for the Complainant through petition box stating that the case has been amicably settled between the parties and OP Gian Sagar had issued post dated cheque for an amount of Rs.35,000/- bearing No.563568, dated 10.04.2021 and hence this complaint may kindly be disposed off. Contents of the application confirmed from the vice counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. This case be not listed on 08.06.2021 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
