ORDER

                    The counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint  that he withdraws the complaint as the parties have amicably settled the matter and  as per settlement the complainant shall not claim anything in future from the OPs as claimed in the complaint.  

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
