CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 278  OF  2019

ORDER

          Sh.Nandan Jindal, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OPs and filed power of attorney. Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on record. Per statement, the matter has been compromised and the counsel for OPs has handed over post dated cheque No.130945 dated 18.06.2019 of the amount of Rs.42,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank to the counsel for complainant, which he has received on behalf of the complainant in full and final settlement, subject to its clearance, and will not claim anything in future regarding the security amount. Photocopy of cheque retained on file.

          In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this consumer complaint stands disposed off as compromised. It is made clear that in case the aforesaid cheque is bounced, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing execution.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
