ORDER

     This consumer complaint was earlier fixed for 24.06.2023 and has been preponed for today vide order dated 16.06.2023 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     As per the statement made by Sh.Pardhuman Garg, Counsel for Complainant on 30.05.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received post dated cheque for an amount of Rs.60,000/- bearing cheque No.840472 dated 22.06.2023 drawn on IndusInd Bank, New Delhi Barakhamba Branch, in favour of complainant from counsel for OP No.1 in full and final settlement of the present matter. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
