ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     An application has been received from Sh.Pardhuman Garg, Counsel for the Complainant through petition box stating that as the case has been amicably settled between the parties and OP Gian Sagar had issued post dated cheque for an amount of Rs.35,000/- bearing No.563569, dated 12.04.2021, hence this complaint may kindly be disposed off. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
