ORDER

          Sh. Nandan Jindal, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OPs and filed power of attorney.

          This consumer complaint has been preponed today as joint application moved by counsel for the complainant in the following cases :-

Prayed for these complaints be taken up today in Lok Adalat as matter has been settled. 

Contents of joint application are, the matter qua the security amount has been compromised inter se parties and, therefore, the complainants may be permitted to withdraw the aforementioned consumer complaints.

          Heard. In view of the contents of the joint application, the aforementioned consumer complaints are hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The contents of the withdrawal application shall be read as part of the award, being passed today in the Lok Adalat. A copy of this order be placed in the file of each consumer complaint, referred hereinbefore. 

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
