ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the counsel for the complainant has received a cheque of Rs.35000/- from the counsel for the OPs. Copy retained on file.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same and he will not claim anything in future from the OPs.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case the cheque handed over today is not encashed then the OPs shall be liable to pay additional amount of Rs.5000/- to the complainant.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
