ORDER

     Counsel for complainant has confirmed his statement dated 26.06.2019 and put an endorsement to this effect on his statement of the referred date. In view of the same, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The complainant shall be bound by statement of his counsel dated 26.06.2019 and statement shall form a part of the award.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
