ORDER

No one appears for the petitioner. Even then, we have examined the order passed by the fora below and in our view, the petitioner was not properly advised to approach this Commission with the present petition. The orders having been passed by the fora below are eminently justified on the strength of the material placed on record and, in particular, unequivocal admission made by the service provider. The revision petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission. The Registrar shall issue Recovery Certificate to the concerned Collector for realization of the said amount.
