After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Present revision petition has been filed against the order of the State Commission which was passed in execution proceedings. Since order had been passed under Section 27-A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, only appeal lies against the same. No revision lies against such order. Under these circumstances, present revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Dasti.
