The matter was passed over. On the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. Vide order dated 23.4.2013, both the parties were directed to file written submissions. Only respondent has filed written submissions whereas no written submissions has been filed on behalf of petitioner till date. Under these circumstances, as nobody is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning, petition stands dismissed in default.
