Heard. This is an application for restoration of petition which was dismissed in default on 18.3.2013 due to non appearance on behalf of petitioner. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and petition stands restored, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as cost. Cost be deposited by way of demand draft in the name of onsumer Welfare Fundas per Rule 10A of the Consumer Protection Rules, 1987 within four weeks. In case, petitioner fails to deposit the cost within the specified period, then application for restoration of petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further orders.
