          Costs have been deposited.

State Commission in its order has recorded a finding that the petitioner had failed to show that Sikar does not fall within the ‘Desert Area’.  According to the petitioner, benefit under the scheme for getting 50% amount of Rs.22,000/- out of cost of additional four poles of Rs.44,000/- in excess of five poles could not be given to the respondent as Sikar does not fall within ‘Desert Area’.  According to him, under that scheme the benefit was extended only to the areas falling under the ‘Desert Area’.  Inspite of repeated opportunities given to the petitioner, it has not been able to put on record the Scheme by which the benefit was extended to the areas falling under ‘Desert Area’.  He has also not produced any Notification declaring the areas which fall within the ‘Desert Area’.  Under the circumstances, we have no option but to uphold the order passed by the State Commission.  Revision petition is dismissed.
