DH appearing in person has tendered a statement on oath alongwith his counsel before the Commission that JD No.1 has complied with the order dated 02.02.2011 passed by this Commission (earlier Fora) and disbursed the whole amount as mentioned in the order under execution.  Accordingly, now nothing is due of the DH against the JDs.  DH further stated that he is satisfied with the compliance of order made by the JDs and requested for filing of the present execution application.

                        In view of the statement so tendered by the DH alongwith his counsel, present execution application is disposed of being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
