ORDER

In the circumstances the complaint is partly allowed. The amount of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid to the Complainant as compensation which amount is to be paid within 30 days of this order failing the same shall carry interest of 9% p.a. from the date of the order till the date of actual payment.
