            Complainant absent continuously on 30.9.08 and 22.11.08.  On 27.11.08, specifically directed the complainant to appear before the Forum.  On that day, Counsel appearing for the complainant prays time for reporting no instruction.  But unfortunately, on 23.12.2008, complainant represented through another Counsel, seeking time for reporting no instruction.  Hence this Forum dismissed the complaint for default.

 

            Pronounced in open Court this the 23rd day of December 2008.
